Every lady loves to glam up every now and then, some do it more often than others. Im guessing I fall under the category that does complete glam every now and then. If you know me personally, you ´ll know I’m a casual, cool, and comfortable dresser. I mean I love the glam effect of a 5 inch stiletto and a Chanel or Louis Vuitton every now and then, but to the core, I am a flat and sneaker kind of girl.
This you see right here is me,Yes my style keeps evolving,Im experimenting with new things ,but this my loves is me,easy comfortable and chic. When I started blogging,I worried and wondered if anyone would ever care to read the blog of a casual dresser like myself ,while there were many successful stiletto and designer wearing bloggers out there (no offense) , those bloggers that always looked like they were on the runway or something, so graceful and well put together, I felt threatened and envious. I wondered how they did it, their perfect makeup, perfect pictures and all the big designer names they wore.I didn’t have that kind of money to put all that together, even if I did,no time to stay perfect 24/7 and all.. ,then it dawned on me, its ok to be different, its ok to stay true to you,the right people will come to you. Its ok to have all the designers stuff and be on 5 inch heel stilettos every day and then again, its ok to not bother about those and stay true to yourself. With my ever evolving style ,my base stays true, casual chic, and thats the foundation I build my style on. The 5 inch stilettos and every thing else just comes in to glam it up a lil bit.
Whats your take on style ladies? the foundation on which everything else is build on? care to share with us on here? please leave a comment and share the post. Have a nice weekend guys.

March 27, 2015 at 8:43 pmHey dear! This article really touched my heart! I can completely relate about the vulnerability of wanting to start somthing new – in my case music, and don’t feel like i match with what’s out there. But true, at some point, one comes to understand that i must be myself. It’s not as easy as one could think. There are many who become the type of singers, bloggers, etc that is not true with who they are just because they believe that’s the way to succeed and yes some do succeed as the world sees it. But my path, like yours, was to say yes to who i really am and to take the courage to share that with the world.
Thank you for posting this article as it’s another encouragement along the way. You chose authenticity and you are doing great, you are succesful and at peace.
May you always be joyful!
Stay blessed,
Grace <3

July 20, 2015 at 1:14 pmI really found this post interesting. Like you, I wondered how these bloggers stayed perfect all the time. Prancing around in designer clothings and looking flawless even if they were just grabbing coffee at good ol’ Starbucks.
I felt as though, my blog was crap compared to these flawless bloggers. But you know what, my style is my style, and I can’t change it and be untrue to myself . I take the train almost everyday, and wearing casual, comfy clothings are a must for. My style has definitely been impacted by my day-to-day activities, and comfort is the watchword for me.
